Ouida Louise Bailey, 76, died on October 31, 2015 in Stockbridge, GA. Ouida was born on November 5, 1938 in Cussetta, GA to Charles and Willie Mae Forsyth. She is survived by her sons; Edward Bailey, Richard Bailey, Steve Bailey, and Kerry Bailey; her brother, Richard Forsyth; her sister, Elizabeth Zins; and 7 grandchildren. Ouida was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Claude Bailey. A graveside service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. at Sherwood Memorial Park, Jonesboro, GA on Monday, November 9, 2015.
