Elaine went to Bouldercrest Elementary School and Walker High School in DeKalb County GA where she graduated in 1974.
Elaine did many things in her life, but she considered her greatest achievement to be her son Jimmy. Her three granddaughters Addison, Alexis, and Aubri were her greatest joy.
Elaine was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy and Otho Elrod, her husband Ricky Eugene Cagle, Sr. and her son, James W. Perciful, Jr. She is survived by her 3 granddaughters, 2 aunts 7 cousins and 8 2nd cousins.
A celebration of life and reception will be held for Elaine on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel | 376 Fairview Road Stockbridge, Georgia 30281.
