Raven Lynn Hayes was born on February 23, 1977 in Chicago, Illinois to Freddie McCune, Sr. and Janet McCune. Raven graduated Bloom High School in 1995. She was baptized at Temple of Praise in 2014. She became an Eastern Star in 2020. Raven completed her studies for Clinical Technician in 2023.
Raven passed away on March 15, 2024 in Atlanta, Georgia. She was proceeded in death by her father, Freddie McCune, Sr.; grandparents, Oscar and Ovette McCune; grandmother, Carol Hayes, and honorary grandmother, Catherine Johnson. She left behind her loving son, Shammarco Trainer; mother, Janet McCune; brother, Freddie McCune, Jr.; sister, Wendy Nelson; special nieces, Eyonnah and Honestie McCune and a host other relatives and friends.
Visitation for Raven will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM in The Heritage Suite at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. A Celebration of Life for Raven L. Hayes will occur on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 1:00 PM in The Fairview Suite at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel.
