A visitation will occur Monday, July 2, 2018 from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281. A funeral service will occur Monday, July 2, 2018 from 4:30 PM at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel. She leaves to cherish her memory her three sons John Puckett, Richard Puckett and Gary Puckett (Lisa). Four grandchildren Amanda, Brandon, Ryan and Jeremy Puckett. Four great grandchildren Caden, Karson, Sadie and Brooklyn Puckett.
