Robert B. Cosby, 84, of McDonough, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Harry Lee Cosby and Lillian G. Race-Cosby. He was also preceded in death by his late wife, Peggy Milani Cosby; sons, Robert Timothy Cosby and Ronald William Cosby; sister, Florence Cosby Landers; brothers, William Lawrence Cosby, and Ronald William Cosby.
Mr. Cosby is survived by his wife, Barbara Bailey Cosby; sons, Donald Richard Cosby, Alan Randolph Cosby, and Roger Matthew Cosby; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of Mr. Cosby’s life at his residence, on November 8 from 5-7:30pm and November 9 from 11am-2pm at 419 Cotton Indian Creek Road, McDonough, 30252. In lieu of flowers please do something for your family in memory of Mr. Robert Cosby.
