Sara Katherine Jackson, age 79 of Forsyth, GA, passed away Thursday,

August 15, 2019.

Loving mother of Anthony Blankenship, Beuron Blankenship, Robert Blankenship, Mark Blankenship, and Ashley Jackson. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a host of loving family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Thursday, August 22, 2019 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, GA 30281, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 1 p.m. Entombment will be held in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
