Sheila Delane Archer

Sheila Delane Archer (née Puckett), age 65, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026, in Stockbridge, Georgia. Born on July 19, 1960, in Atlanta, Georgia, Sheila lived a life centered around family, love, and devotion.

A proud student of Clayton County School, Sheila dedicated her life to nurturing those around her. She was a devoted homemaker and caretaker who found joy in creating a warm and welcoming home. Whether she was preparing a delicious family meal or decorating for the holidays with festive flair, Sheila’s home was always filled with laughter, love, and the comforting aroma of home-cooked food. Her passion for bringing people together made every gathering special.

Sheila played an integral role in the family business and was known for her tireless support behind the scenes. She also generously gave her time as a babysitter to help care for the children in her extended family. Her nurturing spirit touched many lives across generations.

Sheila had a deep love for fashion and beauty—she never missed an opportunity to dress up with elegance and style. Her signature makeup and carefully chosen outfits reflected her vibrant personality and zest for life. She especially cherished beach vacations where she could bask in the sun and enjoy peaceful moments by the water.

Sheila shared more than five decades of marriage with her beloved husband, Mike Archer. Their enduring partnership stood as a testament to unwavering commitment and mutual respect.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband Mike; daughters Brandi Victurmn and Melody Archer; grandchildren Kiara Victurmn, Jordan Victurmn, Grayson Archer, and Olivia Archer; brothers Richard Puckett and Joseph Puckett; as well as numerous nieces and nephews whom she adored deeply.

Sheila was preceded in death by her parents BJ and K.L. Puckett; sister Deborah Sue Brinson; brothers Ronald Henry Puckett; and daughters Melanie Archer and Renae Archer.

Sheila’s legacy is one of warmth, generosity, and boundless love for her family. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew her.
