Thelma M. White age 88 of Lake Spivey passed away Sunday November 11, 2012. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday November 14, 2012 at 11:00 am in the Fairview Chapel of Horis A. Ward Funeral home with Rev. Mike Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens. She is survived by A daughter; Pat and Ken Martin. Son; Donald White. 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband South Lee White. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday November 13, 2012 from 4-8 pm. Horis A. Ward-Fairview Chapel in charge of arrangements.
