Thomas David Wade, age 75, of Ellenwood, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2015. Memorial services will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015, at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel at 1pm, with Pastor Joe Hughes officiating. Interment will follow at Decatur Cemetery.
He is survived by: wife, Paulette Wade, children, Darrell Wade and Julie Wade and 5 grandchildren.
