Vernette A. Lunsford, age 90, of Ellenwood, passed away Friday, March 20, 2015. Funeral Service services will be held on Monday, March 23, 2015, at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel at 11am, with Dr. Jim Martin officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
She is survived by: children, Connie & Lanier Smith and Richard & Cheryl Lunsford, grandchildren; Rich & Tiffany Lunsford, Joel & Tiffany Smith, Rob & Brandy Lunsford, Jana Smith and Brad & Jennifer Lunsford, 12 ½ great-grandchildren, sister, Joyce Mullinax; several nieces & nephews
She was preceded in death by husband, Carl Lunsford, brother, Durell Anderson and sister, Carolene Cowan.
The family will receive friends Saturday, March 21, 2015, from 4 to7 pm at the funeral home.
