Vivian E. Sanford

She was born in Columbus, Indiana and grew up with 11 other siblings. She loved a good laugh, a cold coke and her snacks. While she had many difficulties in her last years on earth, she showed how strong and what a fighter she was with each day she gave us with her presence. She will be deeply missed by everyone who loved her.

She is survived by siblings, Jimmy Sanford of Snellville, GA, Janet Booth of Stockbridge, GA, Brenda Edgens of Carrollton, GA, Peggy Sanford of Carrollton, GA, Gary Sanford of Stockbridge, GA, Donnie Sanford of Stockbridge, GA, and Bonnie Wallace of Jackson, GA;as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, James and Myrtle Sanford; brothers, Earl Sanford, Frank Sanford, and Larry Sanford; and sister, Martha Parker.

A visitation of family and friends for Vivian will be held Monday, March 17, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Horis A. Ward - Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. A celebration of life will occur Monday, March 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM, 376 Fairview Rd, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. A graveside committal service will occur Monday, March 17, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Fairview Memorial Gardens, 164 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281.
