He was born in Atlanta, GA to Wayne and Donna Farris on March 27, 1970. Doug graduated from Jonesboro High School. He was self-employed in the carpet steam cleaning profession.
Doug was preceded in death by his father, Wayne D. Farris, Sr.; as well as his grandparents, Bobby and Betty Meadows.
He is survived by mother and step-father, Mike and Donna Culpepper; sister, Ashleigh Culpepper; nephew, Michael Lemus; two sons, Chase Bowen and Devon Farris; one uncle, Kenneth Farris and one aunt Aprill Meadows.
Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel | 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. A celebration of Doug's life will follow with a memorial service at 12:00 noon in Ward's Chapel.
