He was preceded in death by his loving wife Frances Louise Brown, his daughter Juanita Blanchard and His Step son and daughter in law George and Karen Raburn.
He is survived by his son William Edward Brown Jr., step daughter and son in law Debbie and Larry Clement and step daughter Elaine Ridings as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
He proudly served in the Navy during the reconstruction after World War Two. He was responsible for developing technology that’s used world wide in the detection of natural gas leaks. He was a Mason, an avid gardener, scuba diver and mullet fisherman extraordinaire. He is loved by many and dearly missed
