Angelina Tigno Ganancial

Mrs. Angelina “Angie or Lina” Ganancail (Tigno) died in her home: 5805 Gentry Ave on January 22, 2017 in Stockton, CA at the age of 94. Angelina is survived by her children Larry, Cecile, Precy, Willie, Mario, Romy, Carol. Angelina was born on August 2, 1922 in Manila, Philippines to Felix and Maria Tigno. Angelina married her high school sweetheart who was a mechanical engineer Wilfredo Ganancial in 1943. Over 42 years the couple welcomed 8 children into their home. Angelina is remembered by her children as kind, gentle, and driven mother who encouraged them to pursue their goals. Angelina was accomplished as a wife, and mother who showed love to her children and grandchildren. She was a generous, sten, witty, loving individual who loved food, picnics, family gatherings, music, traveling, and shopping. She was also passionate about keeping her family’s belly full and comfortable whenever they were around her. She was a dedicated member to the Church of the Presentation. DeYoung Memorial Chapel is honored to serve the Ganancail family. A funeral service is scheduled for January 30, 2017 at the church of the Presentation, Father Maghinay will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Angelina’s life.
