

Angelina M. Caminata was born May 13, 1927, in Stockton, CA. to Francesco & Pasqualina Caminata. She grew up in Linden, CA. and later settled in Stockton, CA. She entered into eternal rest on March 26, 2022, at the age of 94.
After attending Linden Grammar and High Schools, she went on to earn her lifetime Teaching Credential from The College of the Pacific and married Charles Streuber in June of 1950. Together they had a daughter, Jeannine Streuber. Charles preceded Angie in death in 1963.
In July of 1967 Angie married Enrico Mangili. They were married for 30 years until Enrico’s passing in 1997.
Angie was a member of The Church of the Presentation, Presentation Seniors, an Auxilary Member of the Legion of Mary, Gun and Bocce Club, and Widow Member of the Italian Gardner’s Society. Spiritual reading was a great enjoyment to Her.
Angie is survived by her daughter, Jeannine Streuber, stepdaughter, Anna Marie Mangili, (Chuck), sisters, Norma Valacco & Catherine Brovelli (Louis), grandchildren, Cybil Gordon - Hachler (Kevin), Michael Mehlhaff III, Anthony Mehlhaff (Amy), Allen Mehlhaff, Jeannine Herrera (Giancarlo) & Charles Stevenson, great grandchildren, Curtis Gordon - Ballard, Elizabeth Mehlhaff & Michael Mehlhaff III, Angelina Herrera, Violet Mehlhaff, Lucca Herrera and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Enrico Mangili and her Brother James Caminata.
At Angie’s request, there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
