Arthur Joseph Valtierra Sr. a lifelong Stockton resident was born on October 23, 1963 and passed away peacefully on September 17, 2016 at the age of 52. Arthur is survived by his father Robert Jess Valtierra, step-mother Lydia Valtierra, children: Vanessa Maria, Melanique Valtierra, Jesse Valtierra, Arthur Valtierra Jr., siblings: Robert Valtierra Jr., David Valtierra, Leslie Wall, grandchildren: Alissya, Joel Jr., Alyzza, Danielle. He is preceded in death by his mother Jean Laguna. He enjoyed building and riding bicycles with his grandchildren and friends. He also enjoyed playing cards and going with his son in law Danny Maria to Red Hawk and Black Oak Casino.
