Great-Grandma,
I wish I'd gotten to spend more time with you, if I'd known you were gonna pass away so soon. It doesn't really feel real that you're gone. You always had a positive attitude no matter what and I always liked that about you. You were someone who I loved to be around, and getting to bowl with you would've been nice to do one day, even if you'd have beaten me. Though you did watch me bowl too, and it was nice to see you there when you'd show up and be able to talk with you. I just wish we'd gotten to spend a little bit more time together before you'd passed. Thank you for everything Great-grandma, I love you.

Grandma,
I am so thankful I got to spend more time with you these past few years. I will miss our phone calls and all the time we spent sitting at the bowling alley with your friends, talking, laughing, and simply enjoying each other's company. Looking back, I understand now why those moments were so important. They meant more than I ever realized, and I will cherish them forever.
I find comfort in believing that wherever you are, you are finally reunited with my dad. And just like Cousin Gloria wanted her sister to be hugged, could you please give my dad a hug for me too?
When I came to see you, I knew in my heart this was goodbye. I hate knowing we will never see you again. I hope you know how much you were loved by all of us. Nothing will ever be the same without you. All of our hearts are broken. It's hard to believe that just a month ago you were still up, going places, and living life.
Thank you for taking my dad's place when I got married. I will never forget you walking me down the aisle. Having you by my side on one of the most important days of my life meant more to me than you'll ever know.
Grandma, I love you, me and my family will miss you so much. I will miss your smile, your phone calls, and just knowing you were there.
Thank you for being my grandma. I wouldn't have changed that for the world.
