

Delphina is survived by her seven children, Theresa Garcia, Edward Garcia, Deborah Lopez, Gina Dominguez, Carol Duran, Arthur Richard Garcia and Larry Michael Garcia Sr. She is also survived by her twenty six grandchildren & forty three great grandchildren, her brothers & Sisters, Connie, Frankie, Jenny, Joe, Martha & Julian and many other extended family members.
Delphina was born to a big family, with 12 siblings, five brothers, seven sisters.
She was strong but gentle. Taking care of her children was her priority, and she made sure they never went without. Delphina loved gardening, taking long walks, her dogs, crocheting, puzzles, the ocean and most of all her entire family. She could always be counted on in times of need. Her home was a family gathering point, and nothing made her happier than family gatherings. The old stories around the dinner table never got old and garnered renewed joy and laughter every time they were retold. She had a special relationship, and guided Stephen Martinez through his formative years, creating a bond to this date remains. Her grandchildren adored and respected her. Behind her tough love was a sensitive loving heart. Delphina will be remembered as a loving mom, grandmother, great -grandmother and confidant.
Frisbie-Warren & Carroll is honored to be serving the Garcia family. A visitation will be held Thursday May 11 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, followed by a Rosary at 6:00 pm. at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary. A Mass will be held Friday May 12, at 10:00 am at St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Stockton. Final resting place will be San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery.
