Their family moved to San Jose California when Eunice was about 8 years old, she was raised in San Jose. Eunice was the fourth of eight children and always helping out her mom with the kids and her chores. She was close with her siblings. She became a member of The First Covenant Church in 1938, where she met her husband Lloyd Armon Robeck, they were married on Februrary 22, 1941. She had one child, Armon Edward Robeck in 1942. She was very active in the church, counseling young people, holding bible studies at their home, welcoming any new church comers, ministering to those in need and visiting the sick. She remained a dedicated member until the church was sold in 2004.
Eunice was very active, she enjoyed playing golf, bowling, board games and swimming. Her hobbies included china painting, sewing, baking, oil painting, gardening, volunteer work and entertaining. She was the perfect hostess, any time you came to her home she would always have find something to get you. She always said "You should never walk out the door without looking your best" and she never did. The last year had been very hard on her, but she still always took the time to look her best, even when she didn't have the strength to do it.
Eunice was diagnosed with Melanoma skin cancer in 1976, they gave her 2 years to live. Her strong faith saw her through, even though she battled skin cancer the rest of her life. She endured a lot of pain in her life time, but you rarely heard her complain.
