Eva Dominguez Lopez, age 97, passed away on September 16, 2017 in Stockton, California. She was born on February 27, 1920 in Texas, daughter of the late Francisco Dominguez and Guadalupe Gonzalez. Eva was 1 of 8 children. Eva grew up traveling with her parents and siblings as they worked the fields and took care of animals. She was the 2nd oldest child and helped her mother take care of the family. The family traveled west to California and finally settled in Stockton, Ca. Eva began her family with Trinidad Martinez from 1947 to 1959 and had 6 children, 20 grandchildren, 64 great grandchildren, and 27 great-great grandchildren. Eva later married Mr. Victoriano Lopez in 1963. Both viewing and funeral services will be held at Deyoung Memorial Chapel located at 601 N. California St. Stockton, CA. Viewing will be Wednesday, September 27th from 4-8pm. Funeral service will be Thursday, September 28th at 10am. She will be laid to rest at Park View Cemetery located at 3661 French Camp Rd, Manteca, Ca.
