Angel was well known to many in downtown Stockton, California not only for her care of the area’s feral cats, which resided in several of the parking lots, for her friendly, gregarious and generous nature. Until her kidney disease reduced her ability to travel, she enjoyed visiting Mexico, Napa Valley, our families in Chicago and Knoxville, Tennessee, the beaches of North and South Carolina. She did not let her need for dialysis entirely prohibit her travels. She often located dialysis clinics on her own in the resorts and other places she visited. As Angel had cared lovingly for the feral cats in downtown Stockton for more than two decades.
