It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that the Soto Family announce the passing of Farnham Ross Soto, Jr. Farnham made his way home on March 4, 2024, greeted in heaven by his Father, Farnham Ross Soto Sr., his mother Ruth Regalado, and countless other family and friends. Farnham was born on November 10, 1964 in Stockton, Ca where he attended Pulliam Elementary, Marshall Junior High, and Edison High School. Farnham grew up knowing Alicia "Lala" Rosas, as their families were actively involved in church. Farnham and Lala grew their faith as individuals and later as a married couple. Inspired by his father’s legacy, Farnham was a youth leader, instrumental in bringing Recollection to the Modesto Area. He brought many to God and helped nurture the community of faith. Farnham and Lala went on to have four boys while he attended Delta College receiving his AA degree. Farnham would continue to share his love by serving individuals with intellectual disabilities and other related conditions at Solari Ranch and Omega House. He loved everyone with whom he worked.
Farnham became grandfather to Kehlani and Summer Soto, whom adoringly gave him the title of "Pop-pop.” He was very proud to become a grandpa and loved his granddaughters dearly. Farnham was a father, grandfather, nino, uncle, brother, friend, and much more. His legacy will continue through his sons, Jason-Alec “Boog” Soto, Matthew “Booboo” Soto, Jeremy “Juju” Soto, and Nicholas “Nick” Soto; and granddaughters, Kehlani Marie and Summer Monet Soto. Farnham was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Please keep his memory alive by spreading the love that Farnham extended to everyone he met.
