Frank you and my cousin were great together I could see that every time you came to orange county. Thanks so much for your support during the tough times my family went through. Enjoyed our talks on baseball and you shareing you're time and stories of the railroad. I now travel by rail because of your insight of how fun it is to go by train. RIP my friend.

My Brother Frankie was a kind loving man. He was funny , always made me laugh. I remember when l had my bicycle . In those days we had to have a bicycle license. Frankie was still living at home. When I came home from school . Frankie called me . I went and he showed me my license that was wrapped around the pole under my seat. I was so happy . I thanked him and gave him a big hug. There are so many memories that l will cherish of my big Brother Frankie. I love and miss my Brother. He was so kind to me. Your in Heaven with our parents and siblings and your friend Richard Mendoza. Lovingly , Conucha , your lil Sister
