Franklin Esteban Estay-Campos

It is with unimaginable sorrow that we announce the passing of Franklin, a beloved father, proud grandfather, devoted family man, and cherished friend, who passed away unexpectedly on July 16, 2026, during surgery.

Franklin was born on May 23rd, 1959, in Chile. He immigrated to the United States with dreams of building a better life and was immensely proud to live in the USA. He believed in the opportunities this country provided and spent his life working tirelessly to create a future for the people he loved most. His strength, determination, and unwavering work ethic were evident in everything he did. He never shied away from hard work because, to him, providing for his family was one of life's greatest privileges.

While Franklin accomplished many things throughout his life, nothing compared to the love he had for his family. He was a proud father who never missed an opportunity to brag about his children. One of his greatest joys came later in life when he became "Grandpa." Lillian and Delilah were the lights of his life. His face would light up every time he talked about them, and he treasured every moment he spent with them.

Franklin will be remembered for the little things that made him uniquely him. He loved ice cream, a simple joy that never failed to make him smile. He always seemed to have the television turned up louder than anyone thought necessary, filling the house with familiar sounds that somehow became part of home. He gave the best kisses on the head, offering comfort, reassurance, and love without ever needing many words.

To his daughter and son, he was simply Daddy. He was the safe place, the steady presence, and the man who showed through his actions what unconditional love looked like. His guidance, his sacrifices, and his quiet strength shaped the lives of those who knew him. The love between a father and his children is something that death cannot erase.

Franklin leaves behind a legacy of resilience, kindness, generosity, and unwavering devotion to his family. Though his passing has left an immeasurable void, the lessons he taught, the memories he created, and the love he poured into those around him will continue to live on.

He is survived by his loving children, Adaline (Dalton) and Bradford his beloved granddaughters, Lillian and Delilah; loving partner Isabell, his brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and many family members and friends who will forever cherish the privilege of knowing him.

Visitation will be held at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary, 809 North California, Stockton, CA 95202, US, on August 3, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with the Rosary at the same location on August 3, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

A Chapel Service will take place at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary, 809 North California, Stockton, CA 95202, US, on August 4, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, followed by Committal at San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, 719 E Harding Way, Stockton, CA 95204, US, on August 4, 2026, from 12:15 pm to 1:15 pm

Our hearts are broken beyond words, but we are grateful for every moment we were blessed to have with Franklin. His life was a beautiful example of hard work, selfless love, and quiet strength. Though we must say goodbye far sooner than we ever imagined, we find comfort in knowing that love like his does not end. It lives on in every memory, every lesson, every laugh, and in the hearts of everyone who was fortunate enough to call him Dad, Grandpa, family, or friend.
