Gail was born on December 17, 1940, and was a resident of Stockton, California.
Gail is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Herman Wegner. She is survived by her son, Charles S. Wegner (Sharon), daughter, Catherine Vicks (Sheldon), sister, Candace Irish, 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
