Joel passed away in Stockton on September 20, 2016. He was a WWII Veteran and received several medals: Good Conduct Medal, Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal and the Purple Heart. He worked for the Government for 32 years. Joel is survived by his nieces and nephews in CA, WA, CO, and FL.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 3pm – 7pm and a Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 10am at De Young Memorial Chapel, 601 N California St, Stockton, CA. Graveside service will follow at Stockton Rural Cemetery, 2350 Cemetery Lane, Stockton, CA.
