Judith Catherine Gabbert was born in San Francisco, California November 19, 1939 to Jewell Franklin Gabbert and Joy Richardson Gabbert. She was raised in Linden, California where she graduated from Linden High School as valedictorian of her class. She went on to attend University of California Davis studying Home Economics. Judy enjoyed music and playing the piano.
On July 18th 1959 she married Richard Gibson; they recently celebrated their Diamond anniversary (60 years). Judith and Richard were longtime residents of Stockton where they raised three boys. In addition to music Judith was an avid reader and enjoyed watching her favorite Football team the Oakland Raiders. She enjoyed the numerous family trips to Coastal California, Oregon, Seattle Washington, Disneyland and Lake Alpine. She worked for a time as a legal secretary.
Judith is survived by her husband, Richard, three sons Paul and his wife Patricia; Alan, Mark and his wife Helen Tsao; and two grandchildren Emma Gibson and Zachary Gibson. She will be loved forever as a wife and mother.
