Juwan Undae Derrick Small

Juwan Undae Derrick Small, 1997-2015 Juwan was born on December 15, 1997. He was a student athlete at Cesar Chavez High School where he excelled in football as a running back and safety. He was also a member of the Renaissance Academic Achievement program, a national program that encouraged academic excellence, which Juwan did; he only needed one more class to graduate. Juwan won many awards and accolades in sports, but his greatest achievements were being a great son, grandson and big brother. Visitation will be held at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary, 809 N. California St., on Sunday, January 3rd from 2-6 pm; Funeral to be held Monday January 4th at 11 am, at Frisbie-Warren & Carroll. Final resting place will be Cherokee Memorial Park.
