Kim Ng is the beloved mother, sister, aunt and grandmother. She passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025. Born in KwangTung, China on December 23, 1927. She married Yook-Wah Ng on November 14, 1947, in Canton, China and immigrated to Stockton.

Survived by sons Bobby (Roxane) Ng; Tommy (Angela) Ng and grandson Bryce Ng; brother Ken (Wing) Hom; nephew Davie (Sharon).

She was preceded in death by her husband York Wah Ng and sister, Susan Hom.

Kim worked for over 35 years at Pet, Inc.; Ogden Food; Tillie Lewis Food and Flotill as a cannery worker. She made many lifelong friends whom she enjoyed playing mahjong, cooking, trips to Las Vegas and local casinos, Hawaii, China, Alaska, and New York.

Kim loved cooking for her family and friends. She was famous for her delicious Chinese soups and pastries, joong (Chinese tamales), chiffon cakes, and many delicacies that she meticulously prepared to perfection. She always made sure her special dumplings were prepared to each person’s particular preference of ingredients.

A private interment was held at Park View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations sent to Jene Wah or Hospice of San Joaquin.
