
1918 to Giacamo and Julia
Bozzano in Sestri Levante, Italy.
Her father passed away when
Livia was nine months old.
Her mother later married Carlo
Morzone, who became her loving
stepfather. Livia and her
brother Lino immigrated with
their family to French Camp,
CA in 1930.
She passed away at a local hospital
with her family by her side.
After World War II, she met and
married the love of her life, Harry
Clements. Steve was their only
child.
When Harry retired from professional
baseball in 1954, Livia
and Harry jointly operated the
Three Palms Gas and Grocery
Store until his death in 1975.
She later enjoyed working for
Ernie's General Store.
Livia was a member of the Italian
Catholic Federation, Liguri Nel
Mondo and the Waterloo Gun
and Bocci Club.
She is survived by her loving son
Steve, and daughter-in-law
Laurene. She was an adored
Nonie to 3 grandchildren:
Michael (Renay), Stephanie
(Greg), and David (Lora). Livia
is also survived by 4 great
grandchildren-Breanna, Morgan,
Ashley and Daniel. We also extend
our sincere thanks to the
wonderful staff at Golden Living-
Hypana. They lovingly cared for
Livia for 6 years.
Friends and relatives are invited
to attend a viewing Thursday,
May 14, 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm at
the DeYoung Memorial Chapel,
601 N. California St., Stockton,
followed by a Recitation of the
Rosary to begin at 6:00 pm. A
Mass of Christian Burial will be
celebrated Friday, May 15, 2015
at St. Michael's Catholic Church,
5882 N Ashley Lane, Stockton
beginning at 10:00 am. Committal
services will be held at the
San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery
Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers,
donations may be made to
Hospice.
