My grandma ,
What can I say about her that others don't know ? Well to me , I saw a strong , hard working, always busy running around lady doing things for the family before herself. When I needed her she was always there and that's something I could never forget. She didn't asked why or for what, she was just there with her kind heart even when she had thousands of things to do, she even cooked my dinner for my sweet 16 without me asking her. I just loved looking at her watching TV and drinking her coffee with her pan dulce. My grandma was also very funny and the cutest when you didn't expect for her to be listening she was and would make a comment that would surprise you and everyone around. She was a nice lady to talk to in English even when she always responded in Spanish...I loved listening to her when she sing on the porch those very old songs that transported her to another time and put a smile on her face. The last time I seen my grandma in good spirits I was on my way to Tijuana and when I hugged her goodbye she ssked me ...Are you coming back?
I said of course grandma I'm coming back.... then she said okay I was just checking.
I'm missing you grandma
Thank you for always being you
Rest In Peace
I Love You
Your Granddaughter Monica
