Michael Mariani was born in Stockton to Domenico and Angelina Mariani. He lived his entire life in Stockton and graduated from local schools. He was employed at Stockton Fibreboard and Pacific Paperboard for 33 years until his retirement in 1989. He married Theresa (Passadore) Bonfiglio in June 1963 and together they raised two children, Mark and Christine.Michael was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Linda Foos, and his brother Pete Mariani. He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa; children: Mark (Lori) Mariani and Christine Reyes; beloved grandchildren: Dominic, Emily and Matthew; and numerous other relatives, nieces and nephews. He loved and enjoyed his grandchildren, a cup of coffee first thing in the morning, black and white western movies, nature programs and reading about the Life of Christ.
