On September 12, 2026, at 35 weeks, Moriah was stillborn. From the moment we knew she existed, she was part of our family. We knew her through her kicks, the sound of her heartbeat, the shape of her growing body, and all the little things we imagined about the days ahead.
Moriah was survived by and joyously anticipated by her parents Daniel and Rebekah Garza, older sister Knightly, grandparents Ramsey & Anna Garza and Dan & Beth Lambdin, 11 aunts, 10 uncles, 15 cousins and many extended family members and friends who prayed for and celebrated her arrival.
We loved Moriah, dreamed about her, and waited for the day we would meet her. Although we did not get the years we had pictured with her, she will always be our daughter and a part of our family.
Our arms are empty, but our lives are forever changed because Moriah was here.
A memorial service for Moriah will be held on Sunday, October 11 at 6PM at Century Assembly Church in Lodi, CA. Family and friends are welcome to join us as we mourn her and praise Jesus for her life.
