Mr. Oscar G Lopez Sr also known as Big O unfortunately departed his loving family on November 2nd, 2023 at 03:34 AM surrounded by loved ones at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, California at the age of 52 years old.
Oscar was born on October 30th, 1971, in Los Angeles to the late Guadalupe Maria Lopez and Catarino Lopez. His family moved to Stockton in 1981 which led him in making lifelong friends that became family. He created a life worthy of living with endless precious moments and memories. Oscar was loved by his Tri Valley Family which he would share 10 + years of his life with going on numerous company outing and parties. His children and family will always remember him as adamant man who always put his family first and pushed his children and loved ones to succeed in life.
Oscar G Lopez Sr is survived by his six sisters and two brothers, Gloria Ramirez, Catarino Lopez, Rosa Garcia, Esperanza Olvera, Esther Vargas, Teresa Zavalza, Margarita Roberts, Juan Jose Lopez. His children oldest starting with Jessica Marie Lopez, Michelle Maria Escovedo, Oscar G. Lopez II and youngest Donnie Michael Lopez. He is preceded in death by his mother Guadalupe Maria Lopez and father Catarino Lopez who he now resides with.
A visitation for Oscar will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N California St, Stockton, California 95202. A rosary will occur Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 5:00 PM, 601 N California St, Stockton, California 95202. A mass of christian burial will occur Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Gertrude's Catholic Church, 1663 E. Main Street, Stockton, California.
Serving as pallbearers are Oscar Lopez II , Donnie Lopez , Alberto Villalobos , Juanito Vargas , Sergio Vargas , Orlando Muñoz , Ernesto Muñoz and Chuck Jines.
