Phillip Kin Lim

Phil was born on July 9, 1960, in Hong Kong, and immigrated with his family to the United States when he was five years old. Phil grew up in Stockton California, surrounded by a large extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Phil attended UC Davis where he earned an electrical engineering degree. After college he began his career at National Semiconductor, then moved on to Conexant and entered into Hi-Tech sales, which he was very well suited for. With an engineering background and a personable demeanor, Phil excelled in this career shift. As Sales Director, he insisted on working closely with his team of staff and always let them know how much he valued their work.

Phil will forever be remembered for his wonderful humor, and his interest in the lives of those around him. Whether it was hosting parties or cooking the most delicious food, Phil was always generous and welcoming to his friends, family, and community.

Phil is survived by his wife Tina and their children Ashley, Ethan and Emma, as well as his siblings David (wife, Charson) and Harry (wife, Cindy). He was preceded in death by his parents Paul and Penny Lim, of Stockton.

A celebration of life will be held on July 27, 2026 at DeYoung Shoreline Chapel, 7676 Shoreline Drive, Stockton, CA 95219
