It is with great sadness that the family of Rachel R. Vielma, 91 years old, announce her passing on October 11th, 2024 in Stockton CA. Rachel is preceded by death by Phillip Vielma and Ernesto G. Carrasco. Survived by her step-daughter Rosemary Carrasco (Carlos Valencia) and step-daughter Carmen Carrasco; grandchildren Deserae Vielma, Nicholas Perez, Carlos Valencia Jr. and Carmen Gomez; great grandchildren, Adrianna Carrillo, Vincente Reyna, Nicole Perez and Lorenzo Amarante. Also preceded were her parents Leobardo & Maria Rubio. Siblings include Connie Aguilera, Margaret Bravo, Carlos Rubio, Gloria Ryan, Rosie La Torre, Benita Arceo, Helen Torres, Elias Rubio and many nieces and nephews.
