Ray Franzone was born in Stockton California to Mary and Giovanni on November 14th 1928. He was the first generation Genovese born in the US. He had one brother and one sister. On December 8th 2025 he entered into heaven, to join his beloved wife, Wilma.
Ray spent 40 years working as a Beverage Merchandiser for Nor Cal Beverage. In his spare time Ray loved to fish and bowl, which he did well into his 90s. He also really enjoyed cheering on his beloved Yankees and 49ers, since childhood.
Ray left a huge impact on those he met with his kindness and bright smile. He had an unforgettable laugh that will be missed.
Ray is survived by his son, Ric; his daughter, Kristina; his grandchildren, Kara, Matthew (JD), and Natalie (David); his 6 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
