Born September 24, 1949 in French Camp California, Bill attended the local schools, leaving high school to join the US Army. Upon his Honorable Discharge, Bill returned to Stockton and began working as a mechanic for Glen Burgin at Holt Repair and Manufacturing for many years.
Bill is survived by his mother, Eleanor Lopez of Escalon, brothers Garret Lopez and wife Judy of Escalon, Albert Lopez and Rosa of Modesto, Keith Lopez of Manteca, Dennis Lopez of Washington and sister Ruth "Cookie" and husband Adolph Andalon of Stockton. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
