William H. Wheeler, 44, of Stockton, passed away on June 10th, 2013. He is survived by his parents Harvey and Betty Wheeler, brother and sister in-law Joseph and Melanie Wheeler, and niece Mackenzie Wheeler. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 14th at 1:00 PM, in the chapel of Frisbie-Warren & Carroll Mortuary, 809 N. California St. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to NAMI (National Alliance for the Mentally Ill).
