

Bertha was preceeded in death by her sister, Amma Pearl Few, her brother Robert Parharm, and grandson Marlon Brinkley.
Bertha was well-known for her singing and loved to sing. She was often invited to numerous functions and programs throughout the years because people loved to hear her. Certainly, most of her family, friends and acquaintances will remember her for this wonderful contribution to their lives. Many will recall her beautiful smile, her warmth, and her kind words because she loved to make others happy. She will be remembered for the laughter and the joy that she could bring to any occasion at work or at play.
She leaves to cherish her memory one sister; Elizabeth Daniel of Atlanta; five children; Ms. Clairetha Brinkley of Scottdale; Mr. and Mrs. Belinda (Larry) Bailey of Snellville; Mr. and Mrs. Imogene (Verliss) Wright of Madison, Mr. Amos Roswell Bogan of Madison, and Mr. Lyndon Carl Bogan of Madison. Bertha was also blessed with ten grandchildren; Esther Brinkley, Charlie (Kendra) Brinkley, Joseph (Patrina) Brinkley, Candice (Bob) Brinkley, Marlon Brinkley, Veneka (Terry) Bailey Gober, Avery Bogan, Randall Walker, Yolander Walker, and Jazzmine Gary Walker; two step-grandchildren Tonya Bailey and Tasha Cofer. And a host of nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren. Bertha also leaves to mourn two very special nieces Evelyn and Vera Bogan of Boston.
