Beloved husband, father, father-in-law, son and friend, Fred Vignes passed away unexpectedly on Oct. 7, 2011 at his lake home on Lake Sinclair. Fred was currently employed as IT Director for Zoo Atlanta. He is survived by his wife, Linda, his daughters, Jayna and Sarah, his father, Frederick Lyman Vignes SR, his brother, Wayne and 5 grandchildren. A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Oct. 10, 2011 at noon at Horis A. Ward Stone Mountain Chapel
