She will also be deeply missed by her nieces and nephews: Spencer, Anthony, Braeden, Tristan, Carter, Violet, Rosalia, Mariah, Ciara, Noah, Arwyn; as well as numerous friends, extended family, and her cherished cat, Bella. Aylissa had recently found happiness with a kind and wonderful man, James Roch, who, along with her family, is heartbroken by her passing.
Aylissa was known for her kind heart and her deeply empathetic nature. She always sought to help others who were struggling, even when facing her own hardships. A gifted singer with a truly angelic voice, Aylissa won numerous awards for her extraordinary talent, and now, she has become an angel in every sense.
She is predeceased by her father, Lance Rovere; her maternal grandparents, Charles and Vaudis McCurdy; and her paternal grandparents, Rudolph and Yolande Rovere.
A service celebrating Aylissa’s life will be held on Thursday, September 26th, at 4:30 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, located at 400 McLeod Ave, Spruce Grove, Alberta.
In lieu of flowers, a GoFundMe page has been set up to assist with funeral expenses and support the future of her two children.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has reached out with love, condolences, and support. We are deeply grateful for the generosity of those who have contributed to Aylissa’s GoFundMe.
Special thanks are also extended to the Edmonton Police Service for their dedication and compassion in helping us during this incredibly difficult time.
We love and miss you so much, Aylissa. Until we meet again.
