Our sincere sympathy to Cassie’s family, as we know she will be missed forever.
What a beautiful lady, inside and out. Cassie was a gift of a friend to my mom, and she brought joy to all who lived in Diamond Jubilee Manor in Stony Plain. Cassie was so kind and thoughtful, very artistic and loved to teach and share her crafts. We missed her when she moved to Westlock but understood the need to be nearer to family. The drive wasn’t far, and we enjoyed visiting her at her new apartment and then the Pembina Lodge. We shared enjoyable lunches and heartfelt chats with Cassie.
Cassie was so welcoming and made everyone feel special. We will always remember her loving kindness, generosity and strength. Cassie truly made our world a better place.

My sincere condolences to Cassie’s family. We were great friends from the time we first met. I moved to Diamond Jubilee Manor in Stony Plain from Saskatchewan in 2013. Cassie was very welcoming and we became instant friends. I will treasure her book that she wrote and gave to me. I have many fond memories of Cassie.
