Dora Violet Miller

Surrounded by loving family, Dora passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 2, 2016 at the age of 89 years.

Dora will be remembered and missed by her sons Terry (Judy), Rod, Brian and her daughter Darlene (Kevin); grandchildren: Jason (Carla), Michael (Marcia), Vanessa, Adrian, Samantha and Alexandra and her great-grandchildren Tyson and Sadie. She will also be remembered by her sisters: Lillian Schoepp, Tillie Giese and Esther (Ernie) Gehlert.

She was predeceased by her husband Erwin; parents Theresa and Phillip Schoepp; brother Lewis Schoepp and sisters Lorraine Adolph and Elsie Zaft.

The family is thankful for the exceptional care and compassion she received while living at Rosedale, St. Albert and during her stay at Sturgeon Community Hospital, St. Albert.

A Funeral Service for Dora will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2016 at Peace Lutheran Church 303 Church Rd. Spruce Grove.

If friends desire, Memorial Donations may be made in Dora’s name to either the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society.
