Elmer Werle

1931 – 2024

It is with profound sadness the family of Elmer Werle of Barrhead, Alberta announce his passing at the tender age of 93.

He will be remembered by his loving wife of 70 years Jean Werle, his daughter Heather (Gary) Delorme, his 4 grandchildren: Dodi (Darcy) Smith, Shaun (Kristi) Werle, Ashley (Evan) Decoste and Hailey (Graeme) Kent, his 7 great-grandchildren; Braxton, Danica, Kade, Luke, Logan, Weston and Willow, his sister Norma Enders and numerous other family members and friends.

Elmer was predeceased by his parents Matilda and Henry Werle, his son Dale Werle and his brother Les Werle.

A Memorial Service to honour Elmer’s life will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025 – 1PM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 5010 52 Avenue, Stony Plain, Alberta T7Z 1C1.

Elmer will be forever loved and missed by many.
