Ernest Jack Keller

1935-2022

The family of Mr. Ernie Keller of Spruce Grove, AB. wishes to announce his passing on February 4, 2022 at the age of 86 years.

Ernie will be remembered as a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed being at the racetrack training and watching the horses run with a smile on his face.

Ernie will forever be loved by his wife and best friend of 62 years Shirley; his children: Karen (Beau), Mark, Darcy, and Michael; his grandchildren: Kristina (Dave), Connie, Kyle, Justin (Julie), Oran, and Chance (Brittney); his great-grandchildren: Brandon, Mackenzie, Wendy, Alexis, Matthew, Kiera, Adalynn, Jamison, Jayden, and Lilith. Ernie is also survived by his sisters Doreen and Delores (Bob); his sister-in-law Valerie as well as numerous nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Ernie was predeceased by his parents Jakob & Anne; his daughter Candace; his brother Bill and by his sister Joyce.

A Memorial Service will be held for Ernie at 2:30 pm on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Parkland Funeral Chapel, 3502 – 44 Avenue, Stony Plain, AB.
