Jean and Family,
So sorry to hear of Ernie's passing: he was a truly good person. His community work in Rainbow was extensive and valuable. In my 32 years there, I noted that he missed not one opportunity to contribute. I will miss being called "Young Fella".
And no one was more competent to use a backhoe inside the plant littered with buried pipes!

We were very sorry to hear about Ernie passing. During our 17 years in Rainbow Lake, we got to know Ernie and the entire Lederer family. They were well respected in the community and were always involved in activities to make Rainbow a better community. Ernie spent countless hours with his equipment doing work to improve the golf course and to prepare the pad of the curling rink, then loved to use these facilities.
We extend our deepest sympathy and prayers to the entire Lederer family.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss.
Ernie was a good man with a great since of humour. I always did ( and still do ) look up to him ( even after he sent me around town looking for a plank stretcher to work on a truck bed ).
