Rick is survived by his sisters Sharon Brown and Corinne Clapp; his brother Curtis Ceasor; his nephews Blaine (Patti and family), Trent (Donna and family) and Kelly (Shannon and family); his niece Shelley (Wren and family) and his special friend Pam Hansen.
Rick was predeceased by his parents Dane and Lillian Ceasor and brother-in-laws Walter Clapp and Neil Brown.
A celebration of life for Frederick will be held Tuesday, October 10, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Parkland Funeral Services, 3502 44th Ave, Stony Plain, AB T7Z1L1.
