Gary was a wonderful kind man. 
 I would like to send my deepest Condolences to his family and friends.  Gary always  was very kind to me and always made me laugh with sense of humour. It was a pleasure to know him.

The only  memory  that comes to mind when it's about Gary is,  MY whole life .   It flashed before me the moment he passed .  When you get to be friends with someone like him at such an early age,  grow up in each others homes, with each others family  and become friends, and as you get older, even in different groups of friends He was there. Moving to different places, relationships, Gary's presence was felt.   We always kept close , mail, 
the phone, ( before computers), or even open a window and you could hear him from Canada, so when there was a chance for a visit, they were more special times.   Music was a common bond, since our first recording in a combo circa 1973 , to the music festival at my home in 2005 , with as many as of our band friends and his wife Carol , how happy he was to make it.    That is how I want to remember him.  Carol always know he is with you. There isn't room enough on this computer for favorites, as a matter of fact all memories where Gary  was my favorite, 55 years worth. rest in peace Gary .  Maybe I'll drop by soon. ( if I make the grade.)

Being at the lake for over 8 years, we always loved hearing one or two of Gary’s stories each day.  Such a great sense of humour and we loved the New York accent! Garth would always go to Gary to ask him how to do this or that and Gary always had the best advice. Loved the flags he would hang so proudly, and was always so much fun to watch the shenanigans that would be going on over there! He lived life to the fullest with Carol by his side! Loving and laughing with each other, cruising on the pontoon boat fishing or entertaining. We loved the theme parties and the crazy fun you’d have. Italian feasts and Miss Kitty rides. To this day newbies at the lake ask how Garth docks the boat so slick and that too was from Gary. So hard to believe you are gone, way to soon. Rest In Peace Gary but really who are we kidding, there is no way he’ll be resting, he will be doing something fun up there and watching over Carol! We will miss you.

I went to School with Gary and if memory serves me correctly he loved the Drums.

We were so saddened to learn of Gary’s passing. We fondly remember meeting Gary and Carol at the backstage for the Fleetwood Mac concert. May you Rest In Peace Gary.

Carol and Greg – I am just heartbroken about your loss.

Gary could be “New York Loud” but truly was a gentle and caring person.  If there is something beyond I am sure Gary and my dad are sharing a plate of knishes and cracking wise nonstop with each other.  I will be thinking of you all on September 1st and plan to stream the service in order to attend.

He will be missed.

We had the honour of meeting Gary about 1 year ago. He would always brighten our Wednesday’s and Friday’s when he dropped of his Sweet Angelina to doggy daycare. Always a smile on his face, and a joke to tell. We will miss all his stories , jokes and  awesome personality . Until we meet again...  Rest In Peace Gary 

Gary, I have know you since elementary school.  You were always  funny and kind. And that is how you remained .  We had a really  great group of friends  on St George Ave. North Babylon NY. I've known you since we were 6 years old, and although we haven't seen each other regularly, we've stayed in touch and shared some nice conversations. You will be missed, Gary.  RIP my friend.


We are deeply saddened by the news of Gary's passing.  
We had the honour of meeting Gary and Carol and spending  some well cherished time with them at a family reunion.

I will always remember Gary for having a pair of drum sticks on him all of the time in high school. He was truly gifted at the drums, and you could see his love, while playing it.   He’d get so mad at me when I got a line wrong from a Chicago song 😊
