We were so sorry to hear of Aldi's passing.  She was such a good friend and she and I shared many an afternoon tea and lunches with the kids. Many evenings would be spent with wonderful dinners and great conversation.

After Barry and I moved to Nova Scotia 10 years ago Aldi and I talked on the phone and would keep each other posted on what was happening.  Lots of laughter and memories.

I will miss her so very much.

Mrs Radicchi let us (adult students) "run amok" as it were for a week (in the Sewing and Tailoring program), then we got the lecture - LEAVE YOUR TROUBLES AT THE DOOR - when you walk through the front door you take off your mother/lover/sister/friend hat and you put on your student hat and concentrate totally on sewing and tailoring.  I carried that motto with me to the two jobs Mrs Radicchi recommended for me as well as to the quilt shop where I worked and taught classes for 15 years.  Mrs. Radicchi, rest in peace, your work is now done.  Dawn Dick, Stony Plain
